Regina Phelps is President of Emergency Management & Safety Solutions Inc. based out of San Francisco, California, USA. She is an internationally recognised expert in the field of crisis and continuity management and exercise design. Since 1982, she has provided consultation and speaking services to clients in four continents. She is a frequent speaker at international continuity conferences such as those of Disaster Recovery Journal (DRJ), the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM)and the World Conference on Disaster Management. Ms. Phelps is consistently rated as one of the top speakers in her field and is known for her approachable and entertaining speaking style and her ability to take complex topics and break them into easily digestible and understandable nuggets.
